Thoughts about our Service:

After placing my order I got an actual call from the company to go over in detail my rig set up too make sure nothing was missed or potential incapabilities of my specs i submitted. Excellent experience. Got texts and email letting me know where the order was in the building/manufacturing process and got a personal video email from Rattlesnake thanking me for my business and letting me know order has been shipped. Every encounter was with an actual person, no autogenerated replies etc. This is a great company and will be ordering more products from them in the future when needed.

Testimonial:

I love Rattlesnake Cables! Over the years I have bought from many different brands and they all tend to have issues or just break after a year or two. My rattlesnake cables have lasted me my whole musical career so far! They are the highest quality, least latency cables I have ever used. They have great durability. By far the best!

Testimonial:

We had a slight issue with delivery because I used the wrong direction code. I contacted Rattlesnake late on Christmas Day and to my surprise Amy got right back to me! The package was rejected by the post office, went back to Rattlesnake, they fixed my error and sent it right back to me. When I opened the box there was a personalized note to me on the inside of the box. I really appreciate the small business feel of this company and will happily purchase again!

Wow, the customer service here is absolutely incredible! Seriously, the packaging was so well done, felt like a premium unboxing experience. And get this, they even sent a personal video with some awesome tips on keeping the cables in great shape. It's the little things that make a huge difference, and they nailed it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Just got my hands on a sweet new cable loom! It's a 20-foot beauty with some cool leather badges on it. The straight nickel connectors look really slick too. Plus, it's all labeled and colored exactly how I needed it, which is a lifesaver. Seriously happy with this purchase!

Testimonial:

cables were ordered just before christmas. oddly, we received an email shortly after ordering that the cables were built & shipped. previous order was also put together 'instantly'. package amazingly arrived promptly during the busiest shipping time of the year. we are slowly arranging the home studio and love the ability to choose from multiple connection types for our hodge-podge of gear. and the wide variety of lengths makes it nice to get a cable that fits exactly for the intended purpose.

Testimonial:

These cables are more solid that Bruce Lee's fist and the clarity that comes off these spools of copper jewels give David Attenborough a run for his money. I'm not worried about rocking as hard as I like anymore, knowing that my tone will always hit the zone. Plus, if anyone tries to mess with me I can use these cables for self defense. They're as tuff as a rattler, baby!

Testimonial:

I've wanted to get a loom cable for a while and went even as far as making my own with some cheap Amazon cables and weaved loom material but it was as good as expected. It did its job but subpar cables are as cheap as what you paid for them. I messaged the company and they contacted me pretty much immediately and talked me through my order and got me exactly what I needed. The quality is next level. I plan on getting another one soon for my next pedalboard. Highly recommend these products.

Thoughts about our Service:

I was contacted and we went through my order and was given examples of what they normally suggest as well as what others from testimonials have suggested as far as setups and designs.
