The service from this company is unbelievable, and the quality of the cable is off the charts. From the moment you begin unpacking the box, you will know that you've invested in an item that is going to last many years. The cable material is quite firm and clearly very durable, and plug ends are super high quality. The cable came in it's own bag, and a handwritten thank you note was inside the box. How's it sound? Well, honestly my ears can't tell much of a sonic difference in cables. They either work or they don't. This one works, it works well, and I have confidence that it will outlast most other cables. I was a little hesitant at first to purchase these cables, that was up until I checked out the ones a good friend had just received. I could see and feel immediately how well they were constructed. I tried them out on my Martin M36 w/ LR Baggs Anthem p/u through a Fishman Loudbox Performer and couldn't have been happier, never sounded better. Ordered cables for myself that day. Hank was so helpful with suggestions on choosing the right cables. He informed me about their extended right angle available on the Snake-Head cable,perfect fit for the recessed input on a Telecaster, that also works well on the acoustic where it doesn't stick out much more than the standard right angle. Cool weaves and tangle free. Do yourself a favor and get 'em!

The first time I heard of Rattlesnake cables, my guitar player had purchased one. We were setting up for a duo show and he had his small solid state amp and his Tele like always. He plugged in and started warming up. I immediately heard a difference in the little rig I'd heard hundreds of time before. Once I found out what was different, I had to have a Rattlesnake Cable. When my first order came in, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. I immediately noticed my guitars having more clarity. I had never bought into the high end cable rumors before, but I was a believer once I heard the difference in my rig. That has been about 8 years ago now and I've ordered several more time from Hank. Everything from patch cables for my pedal board to XLR's for my mics on stage. Everything I have ordered has been top notch and of course Hank's service is incredible. I'll never play any other cable than a Rattlesnake Cable.
