We had text and phone calls to make sure the order specifications were correct, which is amazing! Hank, thanked me with a personalized video message, which was very thoughtful. Testimonial:

Rattlesnake Cables is a great company to work with! Very high quality products and great customers service. I have purchased from them twice now. First order was a custom 3 cable setup in a loom with a junction box to my pedal board. I was so happy with the product that I purchased a second 20 foot loom for another application. They ship super fast and I was able to call and get an immediate answer over the phone as well. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
