The customer service at Rattlesnake is second to none! They are extremely responsive to questions, often replying in just minutes to inquiries. I had several back-and-forth emails on a custom cable build. Even with that, my cable was made and shipped the same day. The personal thank you video sent by Hank was very cool!

Excellent customer service and engagement. They were really quick to acknowledge my order, build the cable, and ship it. I received the cable far sooner than expected. They took great care in packaging, which says a lot about them, I think. Though sloppy packaging would not have had a negative impact on this cable--It seems pretty much bomb-proof--that they take the time and effort to package something well sure says that they care.
