Ok....so the customer service was off the charts. After receiving a phone call to clarify an issue on one of the cable connections, I then received a personal video from Hank, thanking me for my order. I love these guys. Such personal service and attention to detail AND a superior product makes me want to shout out from the rooftops. Best gear experience of my life and I've been at it for almost 50 years kids!
