Excellent customer service and engagement. They were really quick to acknowledge my order, build the cable, and ship it. I received the cable far sooner than expected. They took great care in packaging, which says a lot about them, I think. Though sloppy packaging would not have had a negative impact on this cable--It seems pretty much bomb-proof--that they take the time and effort to package something well sure says that they care.

I've been playing guitar and bass since 1963. Although I'm a hobbyist player and performer, a good deal of that time has been spent on stage or in the studio depending on quality instruments and equipment for a positive outcome. Quality cables are an absolute necessity. I bought my first Rattlesnake cables about two weeks ago. I am super impressed with the quality of the cables so far. Nice heavy gauge cable, sealed ends, and the colorful sheathing is not only pretty cool visually, but keeps the cables just rigid enough, without being stiff, that they do not tangle and knot up during use, and after use make coiling them for storage an easy, manageable task. On my first use, I noticed a stronger signal that seemed to be more clear, which put these cables on a higher level than anything I've previously used in an almost 59 year musical journey. Hank and his team provided superior customer service. I ordered my cables on a Saturday late morning and they arrived at my home before noon on Monday. Follow ups from Hank following the order were welcome and he made them of a personal nature, which I enjoyed. The website is attractive, friendly, and informative. The order and check out process was simple and easy to accomplish. Bottom line is I'm very impressed by Hank and his company, the quality of his products, and his fast, personalized customer follow up and service. Great people to do business with who provide a superior product. Five stars all the way from me. Thanks for a good experience!
