The customer service/experience as a customer I receive from Rattlesnake Cable Company is simply the best I have ever experienced in decades of buying from companies all around the world on the web. The man himself (Hank) comes across as super customer focused and a nice genuine guy. Upon a recent order Hank even sent me a personal video message thanking me, that completely blew me away! To date I have purchased about 7 Instrument cables (standard & snake head) all Gold plug ends (which are amazing!) , a few patch cables and recently some clothing to wear with pride and also help promote their brand here in New Zealand. I love how the cables come in many different color options too. Most recently i wanted to find out if/when Rattlesnake would re-stock Purple/Midnight Purple weave cables. Hank said he was more than happy to get them made up for me , awesome !
