I could write a paragraph on customer service alone, but that doesn't tell you much anything the cables. I compared them clean to my Mogami cables. Rattlesnake cables provide more pure tone and greater response across the entire spectrum. I won't be changing back. Rattlesnake has a new customer for sure. I'm going to order the xlr's next. Made in the USA is big selling point too.

Like most, I have had cables fail at unfortunate times. I've been playing for nearly 30 years now, so I have some experience with good and bad equipment.
