Hank personally responds to messages quickly and sent me a personalized video "thank you" message (never seen any company do that). Next, the shipping and packaging is first class. Hank fulfills orders quickly and mails 2 day priority. I expected a plain USPS envelope with a cable. Oh, no...not with Rattlesnake Cable. You'll receive a sturdy custom box with a beautiful cable gently tucked inside a quality cloth bag. May not be a big deal to some, however delivery, packaging, and presentation is important.
