In the grand scheme of things, ordering a couple of "patch cables" is rarely high on any guitarist/bassist's priority list. But I have to relate what ordering a couple of those cables yesterday from Rattlesnake Cable Company was like. Within 7 minutes of placing my order, I received an email verifying that my cables were being made. An hour and 15 minutes later, another email confirmed shipment of my order! And the next morning, I get an emailed video message from head honcho Hank, personally thanking me for my business, and asking me to recommend the company! Based on what the initial customer service was, I had no doubt the cables would be of a similarly high quality. Expectations exceeded! I’ve been playing/performing since I was 14 years old. I’m now 57. I’ve been purchasing the cheapest cables my whole life and replacing them every couple years. Doing the math, it doesn’t make sense. I also assumed that your cables didn’t make a difference in your signal and sound. I am blown away by the quality of my Rattlesnake cables. You could seriously hurt someone with these!! I honestly can’t imagine ever having to replace my cables again. It says something about a company that makes a product so good that you might not need to buy that product again!
