The customer service/experience as a customer I receive from Rattlesnake Cable Company is simply the best I have ever experienced in decades of buying from companies all around the world on the web. The man himself (Hank) comes across as super customer focused and a nice genuine guy. Upon a recent order Hank even sent me a personal video message thanking me, that completely blew me away! I'd love to go to Missoula and meet Hank and the Team. Their products & customer service = 10/10

To date I have purchased about 7 Instrument cables (standard & snake head) all Gold plug ends (which are amazing!) , a few patch cables and recently some clothing to wear with pride and also help promote their brand here in New Zealand. I love how the cables come in many different color options too. Most recently i wanted to find out if/when Rattlesnake would re-stock Purple/Midnight Purple weave cables. Hank said he was more than happy to get them made up for me , awesome !

TRS to Dual Mono Splitter. While I'm a guitarist I also play bass. I have a Rickenbacker 4003 and didn't have much success with a Y cable for the Ric-o-sound. The Rattlesnake TRS Splitter is an excellent solution. I also purchased the TRS stereo instrument cable needed for ric-o-sound. I have built my own instrument cables and purchased many cables from different manufactures over the decades. I have never seen anything like the Rattlesnake instrument cable. It's built like a tank, solid construction. No loosening on the ends and the cable will last for decades if not centuries. All future cables will be Rattlesnake
