Working with Rattlesnake Cable Company and Hank Donovan was a great experience. The ordering process and the cables are equally great. The shipping box came with a sticker, Rattlesnake Cable Company notepad with a personal note, a 10% off coupon to https://www.customdistrictpedalboards.com/ and a pamphlet explaining their offerings and information about Hank and his company. Hank also emailed a personal video thanking me for the order. Not many companies do that today. Very professional! I ordered (2) 8" Pro Flex Patch cable in black with G&H Right Angle GGN to G&H Right Angle GGN in an S-Configuration. The cables were received well and looked professionally created with great attention to details. I especially liked the 'Rattlesnake Cable Company' stamped heat shrink wrapped on the plugs. I also needed an XLR cable to go from my Two Notes Torpedo C.A.B. M+ to my Headrush FRFR-112 2000-watt 1x12" Powered Guitar Cabinet. Since I needed the XLR connectors to be oriented in a specific direction, I emailed Hank and sent him some edited photos of the Two Notes and Headrush. After some back and forth about the length of the cable and if I needed cable weave and what color, 2 days later, I had the order. The custom ordered XLR cable came in a cloth bag with the company logo on it. The price is a little more than some other companies, but these cables are worth it since they are from an American company with roots in the guitar world. I highly recommend Hank, Rattlesnake Cable Company and the cables. When I need more cables or other items, I will be back. I am still deciding on the Rattlesnake line buffer and the Tap Tempo...

I purchased a 20' sidewinder TRS to TS for my Custom Shop ES-345.The Rattlesnake people took great pains in making sure what I wanted is what I got. I've paid more for a cable but this cable is beyond any expectation.No ground noise at all even when stepped on or dragged.  Incredible detail and in Texas terms, it's perty. The outside weave might not be abrasive but it's not smooth either so I'm having a 24 "sock made to put over it.  It's a great custom made cable at a great price, delivered quickly, packaged well and I got a sticker.  What more can you ask for?  I sure we'll so more business.
