Not that I have ever had an issue with Rattlesnake Cables themselves, but when the post office temporarily "lost" an earlier order, they had a replacement on the way the day I contacted them. Happily, the original eventually arrived and I was able to return it to them. Don't expect that level of service from some big 'ole company!
Rattlesnake Cables out perform any other cable I have owned in 40 years of electric music. I'll never buy from another company again!
