In all seriousness, these cables are a revelation and I'm definitely hooked. The build quality is astounding and even just holding it you can tell that it's going to last, not to mention how gorgeous they are to look at. You will not be disappointed.

The customer service is amazing. When I bought my first cable, I got a personal video from Hank telling me that my cable was on the bench and would be on its way soon. I was immediately taken with the attentiveness and care they show to even the smallest orders. I've ordered a few times since and each time the build was finished and shipped within the same day, usually only taking a day or two to arrive from there.

I knew what to expect because the company's integrity seemed to be on top of the game. I placed my order and received the absolute, best guitar cable I've ever used ! I compared the signal of my best existing cable to that of my new Rattlesnake Cable... I'm afraid my old cable no longer rates review against my beloved, Sage Beast.
One thing I took note of: Let's say my cable is lying between my amp and my pedal board. Now I can pull lightly and my Rattlesnake slides over my effects, thanks to the slick braiding. Versus my old cable dragging everything with it, due to non-jacketed rubber insulated exterior. It's a big deal. I ordered a couple of flat head patches to try. Also a game changer. Must have more.
Hank himself, sent a personalized video to thank me for my purchase. I mean, Who does that ?!

Literally the best customer service I've ever had. Anywhere. The personalized video after purchase, the packaging was beautiful. THIS IS A GUITAR CABLE. I should not be excited about this purchase.
