This is my second cable from Rattlesnake. I really like the way they lay on stage. No matter how much I move around, they don't get twisted up and wrapped around my feet like other cables. I have a 10' and a 15' and plan to get a 20' later. It just depends on the size of the stage. They cost a little more than some, but after 40+ years of playing live I have yet to find a better made cable and I fully expect they will last the rest of my career. Super fast shipping and great customer service, what's not to like. B.

I had been on the Rattlesnake mailing list for some time due to the awesome giveaways but until recently I’d never tried their cables. I took a chance on buying a 10’ cable to go from my pedal board to amp and immediately was blown away by the fantastic customer service, which included a personal video and note! This level of care did not go unappreciated. I received the cable super quickly and it worked beautifully and looked amazing! I quickly ordered a 15’ and just recently ordered another 10, 15, and 20’ along with a 3’ to run from my bass to my Backbeat wearable subwoofer. The colors/weaves are great and the cables are extremely well built. I don’t plan on using any other instrument cables for the foreseeable future and plan on recommending Rattlesnake to all of my musical friends!

For a long time I never really had any cable company I showed a whole lot of loyalty too, some I only bought more from because of warranties but it was just for the convenience nothing more. Then I found Rattlesnake Cable Company. With the customization of cables (plug configuration, color weave, the length of cables, and the types of cables offered) it made me care more about cables than ever. I always like when a piece of music gear is made custom to each individual buyer. Nothing makes a musician feel more awesome than having gear thats made unique to them. If there is something that isn't normally made by Rattlesnake Cable Company, if you ask they can make it. Simply put, I won't buy instrument cables from anyone else.

The customer service is amazing. I've been buying stuff from them for the past few years, and I am pretty much on a first name basis with Hank now. Anyways Hank and company are amazing. They make you feel like a very appreciated customer. I often get stickers and notepads with personalized hand written notes on them which are great. My most recent custom order came with a notepad with the personalized message "Jack, You're the Best!" Thanks again!" -Rattlesnake Team. It definitely made my day! When I put in my most recent custom order, it was made and shipped out all in the same day I put in the order. Anytime I've ordered from them, my orders arrive very quickly. There was one time where I accidentally broke the plug off one of my cables, I emailed them and asked if they could fix it (and since their stuff has a lifetime warranty they said yes). I shipped it to them and it came back fixed very shortly after that. If you want something custom made that isn't advertised (I ordered a 3 foot patch cable recently, whereas they normally advertise patch cables up to a foot), if you ask they can make it. Not only are their cables great, but they have the even better customer service to back it up.
