If you need anything they sell custom or stock and you don't call these guys, you are making a mistake. I decided to order a Rattlesnake and I can honestly say there is a difference between this and my old cables and would never have thought about it until I sat comparing the two side by side. This cable is like new set of strings bringing out the highs and crisp tones, like an added presence and slight boost in brightness.
