Todd N. - This was the best purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a 15 foot guitar cable on a Sunday night and I woke up to an email with a personalized video thanking me for my purchase. I had a shipping confirmation that same evening and when the cable came they also included a little note pad with a hand written thank you note. The cable is awesome, very well made and I couldnāt be happier! I am now a customer for life! Thanks Rattlesnake... March 2, 2021 Read Full Testimonial / Review
Joel B. - I have been a professional musician for 30 years. In that time, I have used countless cables of numerous manufacture. For the last decade I have mostly used Monster cable, and have had no complaints. A friend and fellow bass player recommended one of his signature cables from another custom maker, and I ordered one. While checking out other quality cable manufacturers, I came across Rattlesnake cables, and ordered a standard, copper cable. The... March 1, 2021 Read Full Testimonial / Review
Doug P. - I needed a couple more patch cables for pedals. One night an add popped up in my Facebook feed for Rattlesnake Cables. I decided to give it a look. Small U.S. company. Ordered a pair of 8" cables. The box not only contained two high quality and sturdy cables, but a decal, guitar pick, color product pamphlet, and a stationary pad with their company logo and a handwritten message on the top sheet thanking me for the order. Above all, a great... February 26, 2021 Read Full Testimonial / Review

Mark W. - I thought of that I will give the Rattlesnake cables a chance I needed a few and their price was comparable for what I paid for other cables. I ordered them in different colors some straight straight and some Straight to angled. They look to be extremely well-made and have the feel of very very sturdy table. I ran the 20 footer to my Amp plugged it in the guitar and turned the amplifier on. Using some fairly decent volume, I drug the cable around... February 25, 2021 Read Full Testimonial / Review
Matt L. - After using these cables in both band and studio situations I'm convinced they are the best I've ever used! The tone is crystal clear and the construction is built to last. Ian S. - I learned of Rattlesnake Cable Company from my local guitar maker and repair man Dan Roberts of Roberts Stringworks, and I must say these are excellently built. I was tired of going through my cable collection to find the dead ones that would appear regularly over time. Not only are these built to last, but I ordered some crazy colors (pink), so I know no one is running off with my cables at a gig again! Although they'll probably want to with how... Josh E. - I was really happy to learn from my local guitar shop that they were carrying cables made in Montana. I was even more happy when I saw the build quality. These cables are made so well. They're by far tough enough to survive the pain of touring in a van and the unique colors and configuration make them easy to identify during quick change overs on big stages so you don't have to worry about losing them or people 'accidentally' stealing them. I had... February 24, 2021 Read Full Testimonial / Review
Ralph S. - As far as I can tell, the only advancement in cables over the last thirty years or so has been a renaissance of retro fabric wrapped products and, perhaps, some improved durability, maybe quality of materials. No sense in reinventing the wheel. But...these cables are different. They feel different. Not in a gimmicky way; it's because of their behavior. I have been a professional musician for 30 years.
The next day I got a personal thank you video from Hank, and in just a few days, I received the cable in a very cool , silk screened bag.
I immediately did a side by side comparison to my current set up.
Iām totally blown away. I didnāt know what I was missing in my sound chain! What a great cable, with fantastic clarity on the low end, and open yet not glassy top end.
I just ordered a snakehead, and there will be many more orders to come.
Oh yeah, after over a month of waiting, I still have had ZERO contact from the other cable manufacturer, no cable, and they donāt return calls.
Thank you Hank, and Rattlesnake team for an outstanding product and a fantastic price.
All my best,
Joel Bryant

Thoughts about our Service:
I've only ordered once with no other customer service experience, except that the order was built and shipped promptly.

Thoughts about our Service:
Customer service during ordering and shipping has probably been the best of any company Iāve ever dealt with. I donāt imagine any problem with the product but if there is I trust the service will be the same.
What was purchased:
I bought a 10ā Snake Head Sidewinder Weave instrument cable to check the company out. I will definitely be buying more of their products.

I thought of that I will give the Rattlesnake cables a chance I needed a few and their price was comparable for what I paid for other cables. I ordered them in different colors some straight straight and some Straight to angled. They look to be extremely well-made and have the feel of very very sturdy table. I ran the 20 footer to my Amp plugged it in the guitar and turned the amplifier on. Using some fairly decent volume, I drug the cable around on the floor stepped on it pulled it in and out of the guitar. Dragging it across the floor produced no cracking or popping. In fact, Iām not sure what science might be behind us but it didnāt pop nearly as loud plugging it back into the guitar as it would have with my George L or my monster cable. I will offer a bit of advice for those that are considering buying one of these cables since I bought them in different styles, Iām going to recommend that you that you get the ones with the long sleeve. These cables sleeves are extremely durable but they may scratch the finish so get the long sleeve ones. That long sleeve is just a nice touch. More companies should do that. I am so fully impressed with these that I am going to go now and look to see if they have speaker cables. Oh I will add that sitting in front of my cabinet I can definitely hear a difference in clarity, now jamming with the band or playing on stage it might not be enough to be heard but sitting there listening to it or Recording it Iām sure that makes a difference. I once read that Hendrix had different cables depending on the sound he wanted. I thought that was a joke, not anymore.
Thoughts about our Service:
I bought four different cables. All four were 20 feet. Three of the cables are straight on one end and angled at the other. The fourth cable is straight to straight. I got a red one to run from the Amp to the pedalboard, A green one for the return (much easier to tell apart on a dim stage) The third cable is covered with the snake weave, and that just looks cool that will go from my guitar to the amp. I liked them so much when they arrived there was a flash sale on ones that were purple so I picked up another 20 Foot with straight ends on both ends for plugging in my Teleās and Stratās
What was purchased:
Recording it Iām sure that makes a difference. I once read that Hendrix had different cables depending on the sound he wanted. I thought that was a joke, not anymore. Done by voice to text please forgive any grammar errors.

Thoughts about our Service:
Hank was great. Immediately started working on my order, on a Sunday no less. Not a guarantee, but the fact he sometimes does that sometimes is awesome. Received a thank you video and he checked in just to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Great guy all around!

They're by far tough enough to survive the pain of touring in a van and the unique colors and configuration make them easy to identify during quick change overs on big stages so you don't have to worry about losing them or people 'accidentally' stealing them. I had my first rattlesnake cable for a few years now and I've slowly swapped out all my aging cables with new rattlesnakes.
Thoughts about our Service:
Rattlesnake was quick to respond when I purchased. Shipping was exceptionally fast for a cable that was build to my specs. Getting these cables in the mail is a great experience. They're packed with care and there's always a little extra fun swag in the box to introduce you to some cool pedal company you can check out.
What was purchased:
I've purchased three 20 ft cables and a handful of pedal board cables and I've been please with all of them.

Testimonial:
As far as I can tell, the only advancement in cables over the last thirty years or so has been a renaissance of retro fabric wrapped products and, perhaps, some improved durability, maybe quality of materials. No sense in reinventing the wheel. But...these cables are different. They feel different. Not in a gimmicky way; it's because of their behavior. Even though the hardware on either end is substantial and tough, these products seem weightless, are just flexible enough to accommodate movement, but stiff enough to resist the usual braiding and tangling. I ordered an angled plug, and it DOES fit into the concave of my tele jack. The texture of the wrap is attractive, has some personality, for sure, but seems a cut above in how protects and doesn't accumulate grime (you know the feeling of an old cable that's been dragged across who-knows-what for years). Plus, they just look pretty cool without stealing the show from your axe. A great complement. A balance of sci-fi and vintage (tweedy look from a distance). Might seem sort of dandy-ish or super nerdy, but because you can choose colors and weaves you can complement the aesthetics of your instrument. I don't think it's wishful thinking or some purely psychological defense of paying a little more, but they sound better, cleaner, bigger. The two things I've done to do justice to my Collings SoCo and tele...and to get the most out of my Carr Mercury: buying an excellent buffer...and getting a few of these cables (I am waiting for a patch from amp to pedalboard to arrive soon).
Thoughts about our Service:
I thought the personalized thank you video was a great touch. And, really appreciated Hank getting int touch with (phone call) to combine two orders that I messed up, so that I could save on shipping. And, he reminded me of the 20% sale, which whittled down cost even more. This is not faceless business as usual.
