Hank is truly a class act. My first order came with a personalized video to me, which was a very nice touch. But more than that, he was highly communicative and very accessible even thereafter to answer questions. My order was lost by the USPS (Not Rattlesnake Cables fault) and to make things right, I was shipped a new cable that arrived very quickly. They made it right and that speaks volumes to me!
