Every interaction I've had with RattleSnake cables has been wonderful. I even messed up one of my orders and got the wrong cables, Hank made the return/replacement so fast and easy! I love this company and it feels good to get a hand written note with each order. I've been hooked on these cables. They are durable and have made it through a lot of wear and tear. I have bought a bunch of the no-pop cables, the right angle cables for my Timberline Harp Guitar so that it will sit safely in the stand, patch cables, and XLRs for my mic set up. I love the look of them too. I think I have just about every color!
