The customer service is phenomenal. Upon ordering you get an order confirmation email. Then you get an email when your cables are starting to be made. I ordered a pedal steel to volume pedal cable and I was a little concerned about the length being too short. So i replied to one of the emails and was instantly engaged in a conversation with Hank and he had me measure to insure the cable would be long enough and he even added a foot to it to be safe.
The shipping was fast. Priority USPS. a tracking number is sent and I got my cables in a few days. The cables come in their own snake bags. Awesome !! I now have a cable supplier.

Needless to say some cables don't hold up more than one or two weeks of use and abuse. That is until I tried the Rattlesnake brand of cables. First they are really cool looking and neat to an 8th grade mind. Most importantly they are durable and can withstand the constant abuse that a 13 year old rock guitar student can dish out. I cannot recommend them any higher than that! They are still in use and have beat all of my current brands (Monster, Planet Waves and Mogami) hands down. I am slowly replacing my entire stock of instrument, speaker, and mic cables with Rattlesnake brand cables at our Academy of Fine Arts located in Plano Texas.
