Over the years I’ve ordered many products from Hank and will continue to do so and suggest his Cables to colleagues. I don’t often “unofficially” endorse products but his are worthy of praise. Everything is built to order with impeccable attention to detail using quality stuff (these cables honestly hold their own against many more expensive industry options that don’t have the same cool aesthetic nor the high level of personalized service). I have yet to experience a single issue and have no doubt that Hank and co wouldn’t stand behind the products should they fail. The Cables look and sound great and hold up to gigging, practicing and session work. I get lots of compliments from other musicians, sound engineers, friends/family, and even audience members on the cables. I liked the cables so much that I’ve even added his buffer to my pedalboard. The weaves not only look cool and offer an added layer of protection but help make it easy for me to identify my gear (which I find crucial when gigging during setup/tear down, no more missing/lost/stolen cables). And if you are into swag the t shirts are comfy and are a great way to promote the brand. It’s only a matter of time until I start weeding out my old mic cables in favor of some nicely weaved new mic cables from Rattlesnake. If you’ve got a musician in your life these would also make a spectacular gift especially with the tin, Hank really goes above and beyond in the packing and presentation dept.

Hank has always gone above and beyond in every aspect pre and post sale. If you have questions he is always prompt and professional. I have even done special requests and he’s been more than accommodating. The way he packages everything, seems to keep track of his customers, and makes you feel thanked and part of the family is a huge selling point to me. I love the fact that I can get hand built custom shop cables with a quick turnaround time from a stand up guy.

It was on a Holiday weekend sale, it arrived way before I expected it, came in it's own gig bag, and Hank wrote me a handwritten thank you note and included some stickers. Pretty fucking cool... That's the kind of service piece I learned from my dad... he's always say, " if you don't take care of your customer, somebody else will... " And, this thing is badass... it looks cool- especially against my black guitars. And, all my rock star friends say "where'd you get that..." so I tell them, it's my Rattlesnake...don't touch it! :-) Rock on Hank!~!

I bought some 20' Rattlesnake Limited Edition Purple weave with a Switchcraft kill switch in honor of Prince- I just felt like I needed to have it. I work for a guitar company and pretty much have access to anything I need, so for me to buy something, it has to speak to me and this product did. And, in the studio- while flipping guitars around, my engineer is pretty happy that I don't blow his ear drums, or his monitor cones out!

I redid my entire rig with Rattlesnake cables and I have to say, I am in love with these cables. I used to have a slight hiss/him in my rig (I run a lot of pedals probably 12-15), but when I switched to the Rattlesnake cables, I no longer had any hiss/noise issues whatsoever. The flex patch cables also have a very low profile which helps me squeeze as much as possible onto my board. Best cables I've ever owned, and doesn't hurt that they look great too.

I've seen the ads for Rattlesnake in my FB feed for quite a while but hadn't been playing much. When i did fire my rig up recently i discovered a bad cable so i thought I'd give Rattlesnake a try. I'm pretty picky about cables and hate cheap junk ca les but I'm also budget conscious and don't want to pay for hype - i believe in paying fair prices for high quality, well built products. First off the customer service with Rattlesnake is top notch. They are very communicative about your order status and they are FAST! For both of my recent orders they were under way the day i ordered and i believe both shipped the very next day. The product comes in nice packaging with some cool "candy" like stickers, a note pad, etc and a personal thank you note from the company owner. Really just stellar old fashioned customer sercice that is a dying art these days! OK so what you really care about - the product and its value. I absolutely love these cables! I have now ordered 2 custom spec'd "snakehead" 20' instrument cables. They came properly customized as ordered and the build quality is outstanding - super clean and just top notch in every detail. The cable's tonal properties are crystal clear with zero issues and sound as good as any of my best high end cables for which i paid more. So the bottom line for me is that, while Rattlesnake cables may not appear to some to be priced "cheap" they are such a high quality product that they really ARE cheap relative to what you get! I feel they are priced VERY fairly - great "bang for the buck" - and now that i own a few I'd honestly say I would (and have in the past) pay even more for this quality of a product... don't tell Hank! ;) So the bottome line here is that IMO this is a killer, top quality product from a company that offers genuinely excellent customer service all at a very reasonable price. I will be buying more Rattlesnake gear and I'd very highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their tone and wants the best you can get without breaking the bank.
