First-time purchaser of Rattlsnake Cables. I needed speaker cables for my guitar and bass rigs, as my old set were quite old (1990's) and their best days were behind them. Once I made my order, I was kept in the loop on manufacturing and shipping details, and they arrived on time and nicely packaged. I ordered cables with right-angles that didn't work in my application (not Rattlesnake's fault) and also accidentally specified black weaving (instead of bare) on two of my cables. Super high quality, but I really didn't need the weave. I worked with Hank directly to remedy the situation and he made it right, fast. I am now in possession of the cables I wanted, and I have Hank to thank for making it super easy. Will buy Rattlesnake again, love the way this company "feels" in supporting my musical equipment!
