I am a new but very satisfied customer. I don't think I've ever owned cables that feel as solid as these. The standard cables are heavier gauge than most other brands and the Neutrik connectors look amazing. When it comes to sound quality, we all probably want things to be as transparent as possible, and that's exactly what you get here. And they are great looking, which gives your rig that little something extra. I've been playing guitar and bass since the '80s, and I've purchased a crazy amount of cables over the decades. Compared to the shipments I've gotten from another high-end cable company that shall remain nameless, the Rattlesnake difference was night and day. This was by far the coolest and best looking presentation I've ever seen. Reminded me of the elegance with which Apple products are boxed up, so when I opened it, it had the vibe of something extra special.

In my experience, when you email a company and the head of the company emails you back, you're always better off, which is the case here with Hank. (Kind of like with Jim Bergantino or Roger Sadowsky, except that Hank's last name isn't Rattlesnake ????)

The braiding prevents them from tangling and twisting so the conductors remain intact when rolled up or stepped on. Connectors are high quality as well. Shipping was quick and whole shopping process pretty painless. I like the complimentary note pad they throw in with the shipment.
