The customer service was excellent. Ordered the cable and it was built and shipped the next day and we received it in 3 days here in Yuma, AZ on our tour!! We'll be upgrading all of our cables soon to these higher quality cables made right here in our home state of Montana!!
What was purchased:
So far, we were in need of a Xlr to TSR 1/4 cable to go between our two Bose L1 Pro32 systems. We had been using an XLR mic cable with an adapter to 1/4. One of the two adapters had broke a while back. The second backup was working fine, but came apart when unplugging. So we contacted Rattlesnake Cable Company and they custom made one for us. Just received it and used it yesterday at our show. Looks great, sounds great.
