I bought a 10' Snake head cable the other day, early Sunday morning. A few minutes later I get an email from Rattlesnake Cables. They made me a video saying that they're going to get started on my order just as soon as the guys come in to work. Again this is early Sunday morning! And as promised my cable showed up at my door a couple of days later, impeccably packaged. Opening the box was a very pleasant experience. The cable was in a nice bag made of some sort of burlap-type material, then in an outer, sturdy cardboard box. The cable itself is super high quality, with Neutrik jacks. It feels very high-end, and works perfectly. I'm very impressed with the quality of the cable, and maybe even more impressed with the customer service!

You know people are always dropping good reviews to be polite but in this case its a simple fact that Hank has not only developed an incomparable product but they have accomplished this along with a first class customer service experience. I had dropped the ball on my pickup at the post office and the owner personally called me to let me know it was in my locker at my PO BOX. In a world where its rare to engage with a live customer service agent of any kind I find this refreshing. The chord is the most durable I have seen yet of its kind after years as a professional both as a musician and an IATSE Union sound and backline production engineer. It came in an amazing little burlap sack with Velcro fastener to wrap it up. Rattlesnake has truly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone whom likes to buy chords that will stand up to the rigors of the road and last for many seasons to come.
