The two areas that I felt were way above and beyond were the Thank you for your purchase Video in my email and the quality of sound after hooking up. I had fender festival cables before, gold jacks cloth jacket high dollar cables. When I hooked up with your cables it was like I just got a New amp. They offer a cable that has the iconic rattlesnake wrap end about a foot before the end of the cable so if you thread your cable through your strap button so you don't get the weave against the finish on your guitar. (At least that's how i'm using mine). Hank has got his poop in a group and you'll see when you order yours. Every cable comes in a nice cloth bag and any junction boxes or buffers come in nice boxes too.
