I recently purchased a 4003 Rickenbacker bass to replace the 4001 I sold 45 years ago. I was so much younger then and had no idea how much regret I would have but now Im' back as a Ric player. To realize the full potential the Rickenbacker has to offer I had to add a couple of components: a TRS cable and a TRS splitter so I could send the neck and bridge pick ups to separate amplifiers or separate effects input signals. Sourcing the TRS cable was easy enough but I couldn't find a good supplier in Canada for the splitter box. My searches led me to a Company in Missoula, Mt (David Lynch’s birthplace). The Rattlesnake Cable Company knew exactly what I needed and I placed my order with confidence. Moments after I placed the order I received a video e-mail from Hank Donovan, the founder, thanking me for my purchase. Nice touch but that's not all. Hank followed up with me on several occasions to make sure my satisfaction level had been met and yes, it certainly was. I am a serious supporter of companies who excel in customer service/satisfaction and Rattlesnake Cable Company ranks high on my list and I have zero hesitation to purchase from them again.

Low capacitance and although I've only used them a short time, I'm betting these will serve me for a very long time. Added touches are getting a short video from Hank addressing the buyer by name, and regular updates on build progress and shipping. The cables come packaged in individual cloth bags with a little swag thrown in for good measure. These folks are serious about their product and market share- check them out- you won't be disappointed!

The cable was in a nice bag made of some sort of burlap-type material, then in an outer, sturdy cardboard box. The cable itself is super high quality, with Neutrik jacks. It feels very high-end, and works perfectly. I'm very impressed with the quality of the cable, and maybe even more impressed with the customer service!

The chord is the most durable I have seen yet of its kind after years as a professional both as a musician and an IATSE Union sound and backline production engineer. It came in an amazing little burlap sack with Velcro fastener to wrap it up. Rattlesnake has truly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone whom likes to buy chords that will stand up to the rigors of the road and last for many seasons to come.
