I needed right angle to right angle cables with one end to fit a recessed tele jack. I contacted Hank around noon. After a couple of back and forth messages to determine my exact custom requirements (which weren’t available through the drop down menus) Hank sent a shopping cart link which was a one click operation at my end. He had the cables made and in the mail same day! Folks, that’s the definition of customer service!
