Customer Service was phenomenal, I ordered late night here in Michigan, received order confirmation immediately and product was shipped from Montana early next day. My TRS to Dual Mono Splitter was packaged securely and arrived no problem, I definitely will be ordering from them again. Their emails and correspondence is very personalized, not just a random computer generated response. It's worth a purchase just to experience this. I wish Hank and his family nothing but success. After placing my order I got an actual call from the company to go over in detail my rig set up too make sure nothing was missed or potential incapabilities of my specs i submitted. Excellent experience. Got texts and email letting me know where the order was in the building/manufacturing process and got a personal video email from Rattlesnake thanking me for my business and letting me know order has been shipped. Every encounter was with an actual person, no autogenerated replies etc.
This is a great company and will be ordering more products from them in the future when needed.
