I purchased an instrument cable with a Neutrik plug on one end and a silent plug on the other. It works very well and is one of my better cables. I usually use Mogmi platinum cables and this one is right on par and cheaper at that. I haven't had any problems so I cannot claim and pros and cons with customer service. I assume it's top notch. If I didn't already have a ton of quality cables I'd re do my pedal board. If I was building a new one and needed cables I'd use Rattlesnake cables for the whole board.
