Mike V. - I recently bought a coiled cable and it works great. I have another brand coiled cable that has a different right angle plug on it that will not work on my Dr Z amp if I want to plug directly into the amp with it. The Neutrik right angle plug on the Rattlesnake Cable has more clearance and works fine. It is not very often that you are completely blown away by both a product and customer service. I purchased my cables in Nov of ‘24. After the cables arrived, I received the customary "please let us know how we are doing" survey. Normally, I intensely dislike taking the time to fill these out, but, after my experience here, I almost feel obligated to in the best way possible. I wanted to try the cables first before submitting any testimonial. I have been a Monster cable user for over 20 years. The other guitar player in my band mentioned these cables to me after I was having issues with a couple in my rig. He was impressed with both the quality and service. I thought "let's gives these a shot". Not an easy decision after the reliability of my exiting cables after 20 some years.
I was first struck by the packaging. The Rattlesnake team understands they are selling a premium product for a competitive price. Who puts each individual cable in a wonderfully designed bag that isn't plastic? Isn't that overkill? Rattlesnake does!
The cables themselves are absolutely terrific! High quality connectors and great protective wraps. They are thicker than most cables I normally use. Perfect for getting stomped on and ran over by sound guys with heavy carts. I ordered one of the cables to have the rubber sheath to be ran up the cable about 2 feet. This protects the guitar finish if you like wrap your cable over the strap lock. Love it!

The customer experience was second to none. Received a personal video message from Hank thanking me on the order! Never expected that at all. Quite a nice touch! You would have that I was purchasing a high end vehicle. I imagine that will be difficult to maintain as the company grows. This will be a great problem to have. Everything was delivered as promised and the communication from the company has been outstanding. You can tell they genuinely have pride in their company and products.
