Customer service puts RCC over the top. Fast replies to multiple email questions. And when I made a mistake placing my order, I sent an email immediately (I was concerned the product would be built and shipped before I could correct it - they're that fast). A couple minutes later my phone was ringing with a Missoula number. It was Hank himself addressing my mistake and making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
