Purchased on-line, however the delivery package spoke volumes! 1) the box was printed with logo and address. 2) inside the cable was in a cloth gold nugget pouch and this was wrapped in brown paper, held in-place with a logo sticker. Additional product cards were included for later purchase. Then of course, the invoice. If you know of Harry's Razors… this is how they present their product to e-commerce customers. In my opinion, first class impression, however YOU should buy these cables to enhance your sound.

Customer Service was phenomenal, I ordered late night here in Michigan, received order confirmation immediately and product was shipped from Montana early next day. My TRS to Dual Mono Splitter was packaged securely and arrived no problem, I definitely will be ordering from them again.
