The quality of workmanship, the care taken to get everything absolutely perfect, and the robust feel of the cables is only surpassed by Hank and his teams' customer service. I requested some custom cables via the web site, and had emails from the team within an hour (at most!). They knew what I wanted, but asked for confirmation and clarification, then provided a link to actually order it. AFTER the order had shipped, I discovered a mistake where the cable ends that I checked off on my order form would not fit my gear (Fractal AM4 - the jacks are extremely close together. I responded to an email expecting a much slower response this time (I was asking to return the item), and within moments, Hank himself called me, offered a solution, and provided me with replacement cables that shipped out the next day, along with a return-label to return the other unused items. You do NOT see this level of customer service these days. Rattlesnake is not the least expensive products in this arena, however, I challenge ANYONE to prove that they are not the highest VALUE given the superior quality and the personalized customer experience you get from them. I will be buying ALL my cables in the future from Hank and the team at Rattlesnake Cables. In fact, I quickly placed a 2nd order for a few other items I needed - the experience with those, while not requiring adjustments this time, was just as satisfying. If you want cables that you know will work for you, and will be around decades from now, STILL working for you, don't look elsewhere!!!
