Incredible customer service. I wish more companies operated like Rattlesnake. As soon as I requested a product I received a phone call within 1 hour to talk through my desired product and how I'd like to use it. Then, after purchasing I received a custom video from Hank at Rattlesnake Cables thanking me for the purchase! Upon receiving the package I was thrilled to see some nice additions I was unaware I was getting: a canvas carrying sack, a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, and overall just very well packaged and designed. I am so happy that I took a chance on a targeted Instagram ad, giving me exactly what I was looking for. I will recommend this to anyone I can!
