Oscar H. - At first the signal on the cable out of my Music Man Stingray bass, 30th Edition was on/off. There was poor contact in the input jack. Turns out the contacts on the jack were bent. The previous owner likely dropped the instrument and bent the contacts. Once I got that fixed by a local luthier it was all good frown then on. This is the best cable I have ever owned. At first the signal on the cable out of my Music Man Stingray bass, 30th Edition was on/off. There was poor contact in the input jack. Turns out the contacts on the jack were bent. The previous owner likely dropped the instrument and bent the contacts. Once I got that fixed by a local luthier it was all good frown then on. This is the best cable I have ever owned. What does it sound like? Nothing. It's completely transparent. Bass tones are uncolored and clear. Low tones come out with the force you need. Mids are punchy and resonant. Highs are smooth full and crystalline without harshness or clangy (which I hate). Am I a tone freak? You bet. Couldn't ask for anything more here. Hank was great providing customer service when I couldn't figure out what the problem was at first. Great experience all around. Thanks for making a fantastic cable and providing stellar customer care!

Excellent. I ordered my cables on a Saturday, two of which had an unusual request. I got tracking Saturday afternoon and they had been taken to the Post Office. So it don't get no better than that.
