I've been playing guitar for alot of years and have always used quality cables but I stumbled upon Rattlesnake Cables when looking to have a new cable loom built I had no idea what I was in for. I called the number and Hank answered personally, we chatted for quite a bit about what exactly I wanted and next thing I know I got an email with the specs to perfection!!! Hank managed to build and ship it the very same day. When I received it I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail right off but when I got it all hooked up it was absolutely perfect and the signal sounded fantastic... I liked it so much that I decided to order a 20' Snake Head in sidewinder red ( which they were out of but Hank had just enough material to custom make one for me) to complete the whole signal chain... I gotta say I noticed an improvement in overall tone and clarity (not like I was using cheap cables before, but wow) and I'm beyond happy!!! Thanks Hank!!!
